Introduction<\/h2>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"425\" data-end=\"910\">The present General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as \"GTC\") are binding on CPS Company Services Ltd. (registered office: 2724 \u00dajlengyel, Ny\u00e1ri P\u00e1l utca 15., company registration number: 01-09-376252, tax number: 25811759-2-13, e-mail: <a rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"625\" data-end=\"649\">info@holidayhurghada.com<\/a>; hereinafter referred to as the \"Service Provider\") <a class=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/holidayhurghada.com\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"701\" data-end=\"759\">https:\/\/holidayhurghada.com<\/a> website (hereinafter referred to as the \"Website\"), the conditions for using the information service supporting the brokerage of accommodation reservations.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"912\" data-end=\"994\">By visiting the Website and using the booking form, you accept the GTC.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"\" data-start=\"996\" data-end=\"999\" \/>\n<h2 class=\"\" data-start=\"1001\" data-end=\"1028\">2. Definitions<\/h2>\n<ul data-start=\"1030\" data-end=\"1558\">\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1030\" data-end=\"1100\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1032\" data-end=\"1100\"><strong data-start=\"1032\" data-end=\"1047\">Service provider<\/strong>: CPS Company Services Ltd, the operator of this website.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1101\" data-end=\"1219\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1103\" data-end=\"1219\"><strong data-start=\"1103\" data-end=\"1115\">Website<\/strong>: a <a class=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/holidayhurghada.com\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"1119\" data-end=\"1177\">https:\/\/holidayhurghada.com<\/a> information platform operating under the domain.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1220\" data-end=\"1320\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1222\" data-end=\"1320\"><strong data-start=\"1222\" data-end=\"1232\">Guest<\/strong>: a natural or legal person visiting the Website and submitting a booking request.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1321\" data-end=\"1439\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1323\" data-end=\"1439\"><strong data-start=\"1323\" data-end=\"1337\">Accommodation<\/strong>: the owner or operator of accommodation in Hurghada who advertises his\/her accommodation through the Website.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1440\" data-end=\"1558\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1442\" data-end=\"1558\"><strong data-start=\"1442\" data-end=\"1464\">Reservation system<\/strong>: is the interface through which the Guest can enter the data required for the reservation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr class=\"\" data-start=\"1560\" data-end=\"1563\" \/>\n<h2 class=\"\" data-start=\"1565\" data-end=\"1612\">3. The role of the Service Provider and its responsibilities<\/h2>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1614\" data-end=\"1845\">The CPS Company Services Ltd. <strong data-start=\"1652\" data-end=\"1687\">provides information services<\/strong>, a technical facility for accommodation providers to showcase their accommodation in Hurghada and for visitors to send them a booking request.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1847\" data-end=\"1861\">The Service Provider:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1863\" data-end=\"2398\">\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1863\" data-end=\"1915\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1865\" data-end=\"1915\">not an accommodation provider, not an intermediary, not a tour operator;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1916\" data-end=\"2013\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1918\" data-end=\"2013\"><strong data-start=\"1918\" data-end=\"1937\">does not handle money<\/strong>, does not send an invoice, does not enter into a contract with the guest or the host;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"2014\" data-end=\"2158\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2016\" data-end=\"2158\"><strong data-start=\"2016\" data-end=\"2043\">takes no responsibility for<\/strong> for the quality, condition, availability or any services provided by the accommodation provider;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"2159\" data-end=\"2286\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2161\" data-end=\"2286\">the accommodation details in the <strong data-start=\"2185\" data-end=\"2243\">based on information and pictures provided by the host<\/strong> and does not check their authenticity;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"2287\" data-end=\"2398\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2289\" data-end=\"2398\">booking and contacting the accommodation provider <strong data-start=\"2340\" data-end=\"2397\">the full responsibility of the Guest and the Host<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr class=\"\" data-start=\"2400\" data-end=\"2403\" \/>\n<h2 class=\"\" data-start=\"2405\" data-end=\"2426\">4. Booking procedure<\/h2>\n<ol data-start=\"2428\" data-end=\"3148\">\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"2428\" data-end=\"2494\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2431\" data-end=\"2494\">The Guest chooses the accommodation that suits him\/her on the Website.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"2495\" data-end=\"2660\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2498\" data-end=\"2549\">On the booking form, you provide the necessary information:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2553\" data-end=\"2660\">\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"2553\" data-end=\"2660\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2555\" data-end=\"2660\">name, e-mail address, phone number, billing address, number of persons, number of children, arrival\/departure time.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"2661\" data-end=\"2839\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2664\" data-end=\"2735\">The system will send an automatic confirmation email containing:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2739\" data-end=\"2839\">\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"2739\" data-end=\"2783\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2741\" data-end=\"2783\">the bank account number of the accommodation provider (in EUR),<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"2787\" data-end=\"2812\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2789\" data-end=\"2812\">the amount to be paid,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"2816\" data-end=\"2839\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2818\" data-end=\"2839\">accommodation details.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"2840\" data-end=\"2908\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2843\" data-end=\"2908\">The Guest <strong data-start=\"2852\" data-end=\"2873\">by bank transfer<\/strong> pay directly to the Accommodation Provider.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"2909\" data-end=\"3019\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2912\" data-end=\"3019\">After payment, the accommodation provider will confirm your booking and we will send you another email saying \"Your booking is confirmed\".<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"3020\" data-end=\"3148\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"3023\" data-end=\"3148\">If payment is not made on time, the reservation will be cancelled <strong data-start=\"3084\" data-end=\"3116\">is automatically deleted<\/strong>. The Guest will be notified of this.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<hr class=\"\" data-start=\"3150\" data-end=\"3153\" \/>\n<h2 class=\"\" data-start=\"3155\" data-end=\"3180\">5. Payment terms<\/h2>\n<ul data-start=\"3182\" data-end=\"3385\">\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"3182\" data-end=\"3254\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"3184\" data-end=\"3254\">Payment is made exclusively <strong data-start=\"3204\" data-end=\"3225\">by bank transfer<\/strong> happens, <strong data-start=\"3236\" data-end=\"3253\">in euro (EUR)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"3255\" data-end=\"3318\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"3257\" data-end=\"3318\">The payment <strong data-start=\"3267\" data-end=\"3315\">directly to the account of the accommodation provider<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"3319\" data-end=\"3385\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"3321\" data-end=\"3385\">The Service Provider does not deduct any commission, does not act as an intermediary or invoice.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"3387\" data-end=\"3485\">The payment obligation and all related liability is between the Guest and the Host.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"\" data-start=\"3487\" data-end=\"3490\" \/>\n<h2 class=\"\" data-start=\"3492\" data-end=\"3530\">6. Conditions for cancellation and amendment<\/h2>\n<ul data-start=\"3532\" data-end=\"3886\">\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"3532\" data-end=\"3693\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"3534\" data-end=\"3693\">The Guest must make the reservation at the latest before the arrival date <strong data-start=\"3592\" data-end=\"3606\">2 months<\/strong> free of charge, in which case the Accommodation Provider will refund the full amount.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"3694\" data-end=\"3783\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"3696\" data-end=\"3783\">within 2 months <strong data-start=\"3712\" data-end=\"3745\">the reservation can no longer be cancelled<\/strong>, and the amount paid will not be refunded.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"3784\" data-end=\"3886\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"3786\" data-end=\"3886\">The Guest may send a request for modification to the following e-mail address:<br data-start=\"3846\" data-end=\"3849\" \/>\ud83d\udce7 <strong data-start=\"3854\" data-end=\"3886\"><a rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"3856\" data-end=\"3884\">foglalas@holidayhurghada.com<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"3888\" data-end=\"3964\">The possibility and conditions of modification are always decided by the Accommodation Provider.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"\" data-start=\"3966\" data-end=\"3969\" \/>\n<h2 class=\"\" data-start=\"3971\" data-end=\"3990\">7. Handling complaints<\/h2>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"3992\" data-end=\"4148\">In connection with the operation of the Website, technical errors or general questions, the Guest may contact the Service Provider at the following contact details:<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"4150\" data-end=\"4224\">\ud83d\udce7 <strong data-start=\"4153\" data-end=\"4181\"><a rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"4155\" data-end=\"4179\">info@holidayhurghada.com<\/a><\/strong><br data-start=\"4181\" data-end=\"4184\" \/>\u23f1 Response time: up to 2 working days<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"4226\" data-end=\"4338\">Any complaints regarding the accommodation or the service provided should be addressed directly to the accommodation provider.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"\" data-start=\"4340\" data-end=\"4343\" \/>\n<h2 class=\"\" data-start=\"4345\" data-end=\"4374\">8. Rules of use<\/h2>\n<ul data-start=\"4376\" data-end=\"4616\">\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"4376\" data-end=\"4433\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"4378\" data-end=\"4433\">The Website may only be used for lawful purposes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"4434\" data-end=\"4524\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"4436\" data-end=\"4524\">It is prohibited to make false or untrue reservations or to abuse the system on behalf of others.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"4525\" data-end=\"4616\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"4527\" data-end=\"4616\">The Service Provider shall be entitled to cancel such bookings and restrict access.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr class=\"\" data-start=\"4618\" data-end=\"4621\" \/>\n<h2 class=\"\" data-start=\"4623\" data-end=\"4646\">9. Intellectual property<\/h2>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"4648\" data-end=\"4870\">All content on the Website - text, logos, graphics, program code, design - is the property of CPS Company Services Ltd. or is used with its legal permission. Any unauthorized use of them is prohibited.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"\" data-start=\"4872\" data-end=\"4875\" \/>\n<h2 class=\"\" data-start=\"4877\" data-end=\"4932\">10. DSA (Digital Services Regulation)<\/h2>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"4934\" data-end=\"5060\">CPS Company Services Ltd. is an intermediary service provider under the EU Digital Services Regulation (DSA).<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"5062\" data-end=\"5279\">The accommodations on the Website are technically uploaded by the Service Provider, but the content (texts, images, prices) <strong data-start=\"5176\" data-end=\"5228\">based on the information provided by the accommodation provider<\/strong>, and for which the Service Provider shall not be liable.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"5281\" data-end=\"5399\">If a visitor detects illegal or untrue content, please report it to the <strong data-start=\"5357\" data-end=\"5385\"><a rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"5359\" data-end=\"5383\">info@holidayhurghada.com<\/a><\/strong> by e-mail.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"\" data-start=\"5401\" data-end=\"5404\" \/>\n<h2 class=\"\" data-start=\"5406\" data-end=\"5424\">11. Data management<\/h2>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"5426\" data-end=\"5554\">Data processing on the Website is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which is available here: <a class=\"\" href=\"#\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"5525\" data-end=\"5554\">Data Processing Notice<\/a><\/p>\n<hr class=\"\" data-start=\"5556\" data-end=\"5559\" \/>\n<h2 class=\"\" data-start=\"5561\" data-end=\"5591\">12. Governing law and dispute<\/h2>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"5593\" data-end=\"5705\">In matters not regulated in these GTC, Hungarian law, in particular Act V of 2013 (Civil Code) shall prevail.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"5707\" data-end=\"5897\">In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first seek an amicable settlement.
