Direct beachfront air-conditioned apartment is located within the 4-star El Karma Beach Resort. The Martin Luxury Residence has become one of the most popular accommodation choices for Hungarians due to its high quality, high level of service and easy flexible booking.
In addition to our Dominican dream home, we now offer in Hurghada the luxurious all-inclusive terrace 71 m², living room + bedroom, fully equipped - furnished, for a total of 5 persons, marble-tiled apartment with bedroom with sea view.
With its direct location on the seafront (50 meters from the entrance of the apartment to the beach - 2 minutes walk) is perfect for families and groups of friends. The apartment is not just in a traditional apartment building with no services, but it is not!

The guests all inclusive with wristband can use the hotel's facilities, so you can relax and unwind. Without the all inclusive wristband, you will not be able to enjoy food, drinks or the pool facilities (water slide park) for free, you will have to pay for everything.
A Martin Luxury Residence offers a combination of modern comfort and luxury, right on the Red Sea - a true experience and relaxation in one. Internet service is available at the hotel for a fee, but the Free WiFi connection inside the Martin Luxury Residence apartment for your entertainment. We don't leave our guests alone after the reservation! We will arrange a shuttle from the airport to the hotel and your driver will be waiting for you with a name badge. All this at a third of the price of a normal taxi "already heavily discounted"! This must be requested separately when contacting us. But with us it's as a basic service, we will escort you to the reception, help you check in and take you to your apartmentwhere all the information is provided. Of course, we turn both air-conditioners up to 20 degrees so that after the heat it is a pleasure to enter the Martin Luxury Residence.
We are in partnership with a number of service providers for programmes in Egypt and we offer you the cheapest prices, we don't make money on those. It can be up to 3 times the price of others!

From here, you can easily choose the programmes that interest you or the people you're travelling with. You can register for programmes you can indicate it in the form when booking - but it is does not involve any obligation.
It is important to know that the availability of each programme weather- and season-dependent, so you will only receive a final confirmation at the accommodation. The selected programmes paid locally to the tour operator.
What payment methods are accepted?
1. Cash
- Most commonly used payment method.
- The official currency: Egyptian pound (EGP).
- In tourist destinations (Hurghada, Sharm el Sheikh, Cairo, etc.) accept the euro and US dollar for smaller purchases (e.g. souvenirs, transfers, excursions), but usually at a worse exchange rate they change.
- Always be smaller than you cash in denominations, because many places have no returns or only with difficulty.
- Bank card
- Major hotels, restaurants and shops accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard).
- Small shops, bazaars, taxis and local restaurants but cash only are accepted.
- It may be that 3-5% surcharge will be applied when paying by card.
- ATM (cash machine)
- There are many ATMs in larger towns and tourist areas.
- Preferably use a bank ATM, not travel agencies or hidden machines.
- Retrieved from to withdraw local currency, because you get a better exchange rate than if you change at the airport or hotel.
- Currency exchange
- Official money changers, banks or major hotels change money.
- Don't change money at street money changers or tourist guides - it's be both prohibited and dangerous.

- Many tourists use Revolut or Wise card, which has a good exchange rate and is safe.
- You can even use them to buy EGP in advance and withdraw cash from ATMs relatively cheaply.
What documents are required?
Passport:
At least must be valid for 6 months from the date of entry.
ID card not enough, you need a passport to enter!
Tourist visa:
- On arrival at the airport redeemable at a price of 25 USD.
- Return flight ticket (round trip)
It is often requested as proof of entry or when applying for a visa.
Proof of accommodation booking:
- E.g. hotel confirmation or apartment booking (Digital is enough.)
- Passenger insurance (optional, but highly recommended) Health care, luggage insurance, etc.
If you are travelling with a minor (under 18):
- If accompanied by only one parent, the other written in English consent must.
Do I need to pay for a tourist visa?
Yes, "Tourist Visa" or "Visa on Arrival" (visa required on arrival).
This is a 30-day visa for tourists.
Price: 25 USD (usually in cash, but some airports also accept credit cards).
Available for purchase at the airport at a bank counter or visa counterbefore you go to passport control.

Payment is made exclusively by bank transfer directly to the host. The reservation becomes final when the payment is received by the accommodation provider.
