1. Introduction

The present General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "GTC") are binding on CPS Company Services Ltd. (registered office: 2724 Újlengyel, Nyári Pál utca 15., company registration number: 01-09-376252, tax number: 25811759-2-13, e-mail: info@holidayhurghada.com; hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider") https://holidayhurghada.com website (hereinafter referred to as the "Website"), the conditions for using the information service supporting the brokerage of accommodation reservations.

By visiting the Website and using the booking form, you accept the GTC.

2. Definitions

• Service provider: CPS Company Services Ltd, the operator of this website.

• Website: a https://holidayhurghada.com information platform operating under the domain.

• Guest: a natural or legal person visiting the Website and submitting a booking request.

• Accommodation: the owner or operator of accommodation in Hurghada who advertises his/her accommodation through the Website.

• Reservation system: is the interface through which the Guest can enter the data required for the reservation.

3. The role of the Service Provider and its responsibilities

The CPS Company Services Ltd. provides information services, a technical facility for accommodation providers to showcase their accommodation in Hurghada and for visitors to send them a booking request.

The Service Provider:

• not an accommodation provider, not an intermediary, not a tour operator;

• does not handle money, does not send an invoice, does not enter into a contract with the guest or the host;

• takes no responsibility for for the quality, condition, availability or any services provided by the accommodation provider;

• the accommodation details in the based on information and pictures provided by the host and does not check their authenticity;

• booking and contacting the accommodation provider the full responsibility of the Guest and the Host.

4. Booking procedure

1. The Guest chooses the accommodation that suits him/her on the Website.

2. On the booking form, you provide the necessary information:

   • name, e-mail address, phone number, billing address, number of persons, number of children, arrival/departure time.

3. The system will send an automatic confirmation email containing:

   • the bank account number of the accommodation provider (in EUR),

   • the amount to be paid,

   • accommodation details.

4. The Guest by bank transfer pay directly to the Accommodation Provider.

5. After payment, the accommodation provider will confirm your booking and we will send you another email saying "Your booking is confirmed".

6. If payment is not made on time, the reservation will be cancelled is automatically deleted. The Guest will be notified of this.

5. Payment terms

• Payment is made exclusively by bank transfer happens, in euro (EUR).

• The payment directly to the account of the accommodation provider.

• The Service Provider does not deduct any commission, does not act as an intermediary or invoice.

The payment obligation and all related liability is between the Guest and the Host.

6. Conditions for cancellation and amendment

• The Guest must make the reservation at the latest before the arrival date 2 months free of charge, in which case the Accommodation Provider will refund the full amount.

• within 2 months the reservation can no longer be cancelled, and the amount paid will not be refunded.

• The Guest may send a request for modification to the following e-mail address:

The possibility and conditions of modification are always decided by the Accommodation Provider.

7. Handling complaints

In connection with the operation of the Website, technical errors or general questions, the Guest may contact the Service Provider at the following contact details:

Any complaints regarding the accommodation or the service provided should be addressed directly to the accommodation provider.

8. Rules of use

• The Website may only be used for lawful purposes.

• It is prohibited to make false or untrue reservations or to abuse the system on behalf of others.

• The Service Provider shall be entitled to cancel such bookings and restrict access.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Website - text, logos, graphics, program code, design - is the property of CPS Company Services Ltd. or is used with its legal permission. Any unauthorized use of them is prohibited.

10. DSA (Digital Services Regulation)

CPS Company Services Ltd. is an intermediary service provider under the EU Digital Services Regulation (DSA).

The accommodations on the Website are technically uploaded by the Service Provider, but the content (texts, images, prices) based on the information provided by the accommodation provider, and for which the Service Provider shall not be liable.

If a visitor detects illegal or untrue content, please report it to the info@holidayhurghada.com by e-mail.

11. Data management

Data processing on the Website is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which is available here: Data Processing Notice

12. Governing law and dispute

In matters not regulated in these GTC, Hungarian law, in particular Act V of 2013 (Civil Code) shall prevail.

In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first seek an amicable settlement. In the event of failure to do so, the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hungarian court having jurisdiction over the registered office of the Service Provider shall apply.
